Our new horse... Cookie

We have been looking for a pony for about one year. We finally found the right one! We found her in Texas and bought her on October 10th. She is the same age as Marianne, even born the same month. We were bringing her to Monroe on Saturday, I was worried about getting her in the trailer- but she hopped in before I could finish telling Marianne how to help me! She loves people and especially Sarah because she has been around children a lot. She is a Quarter Horse, out of the famous line of a world champion sire "Zips Chocolate Chip". She is a trained show horse for Western Pleasure. Anyone who knows our family will wonder if we chose her because of her name or as Rebekah ask "Did Sarah name her?" No, she came with that sweet name and it fits her perfectly! She is beautiful and we love her!
